The Hog Heaven Big Band returns to the Dahmen Barn in Uniontown, Washington, this Saturday, June 25th, with all your swinging big band favorites and a few special new tunes just to welcome summer on the Palouse. Match the Band and put on your favorite solid color summer shirt or blouse, as well as your dancin' shoes, and enjoy a great evening of fantastic music from your favorite (and the Palouse's best) big band. See you Saturday - the fun starts around 7:30!!!

No "Barn Dance" in May

HHBB will not play at the Dahmen Barn on May 28, because this is Memorial Day Weekend, and many folks will be traveling. Our next dance will be at the barn on June 25. Other gigs are in the works, so stay tuned.

Hog Heaven Swings the Dahmen Barn this Saturday

Our monthly swing dance at the Dahmen Barn in Uniontown, WA, takes place this Saturday, April 23rd. Dancing with the band from 7:30 to 9:30 PM.

This Thursday, dance lessons start at 8:00 PM. The Hog Heaven Big Band plays 9:00 - 11:00. Come swing with us!

Hog Heaven and the Swing Devils Swing the Palouse

Come out on April 21 for a blockbuster swing dance! The Hog Heaven Big Band will play for the dance hosted by the Swing Devils of the Palouse on Thursday, April 21, 8:0 - PM to Midnight. Great time at the Up All Night party

The band had a great time playing for the Up All Night Party at Washington State University last Friday March 4. The theme of the party was Casablanca. A hundred or so lively young dancers, many in period costume, kept the band pumping out the tunes from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

HHBB to play Up All Night Party

The band will play for an Up All Night Party at Washington State University on March 4. What time? Late! Tentatively 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Stay tuned for more details.

Great turnout at the Dahmen Barn Jan 22

We had a full house for our first swing dance of the year at the Barn. The band was hot!

Swingin' Spooks and Ghouls

This Thursday, October 28, 2010, the Hog Heaven Big Band is honored to perform for the Swing Devils of the Palouse Halloween dance in the ballroom of Phil and Shelley Roderick's CJ's nightclub (112 North Main, Moscow, Idaho). Festivities start at 8 with Hog Heaven cranking it up around 9. Halloween Costume dance contest included, so dress up your best dancing and swinging spooks and ghouls. Cover: $3 for Swing Devils members and $5 for non-members (see, it makes good sense to join).
